Juwelier Mahlberg is looking for a watchmaker or master watchmaker (f/m/d) for its store in Kiel, full-time or part-time, for the watchmaker's master workshop. The workshop is certified among others by Rolex, IWC Schaffhausen and Breitling and handles repairs, inspections, maintenance and restoration of numerous watch brands. The range of tasks includes warranty and service cases, repair diagnoses, cost estimates, overhauls as well as maintenance of tools and ordering of spare parts. A watchmaker's apprenticeship or master title, several years of professional experience in upscale specialist retail and a careful, independently responsible working style are expected. Juwelier Mahlberg is looking for experienced service watchmakers or master watchmakers (f/m/d) in sales for its stores in Hamburg, Kiel and Oldenburg, full-time or part-time. Duties include receiving, inspecting and returning watch repairs, fault analysis and repair advice for high-end brand watches, as well as immediate services such as battery and strap changes. The role also covers warranty and service cases, cost estimates, care of watchmaking tools, Rolex WSR system work and supporting the sales team on technical questions. Requirements are training as a watchmaker or master watchmaker, professional experience in high-end specialist retail and customer-oriented teamwork.
