    Bakery Carstens is looking for apprentices each year starting 1 September to train as retail salespeople in the food crafts for branches in and around Itzehoe. During the apprenticeship, applicants learn sales and cashiering, presentation of baked goods, snack preparation, customer advice, baking in the in-store oven, and cleaning according to HACCP. The family business in its tenth generation offers a secure apprenticeship place, a family-like team, staff discounts, and with good performance the chance of being taken on permanently.
